媒体报名申请材料必须在报名截止日前回复到以下地址/传真:
All accreditation documents must be completed and returned to the following address（fax）before Sep 7, 2008.
媒体报名申请/Media Accreditation Application
所有的媒体，不论来自电视、电台还是平面媒体，不论文字或摄影记者都必须经过媒体报名申请来获得本次赛事的媒体证件。
All media, including television broadcast, radio, Internet, print and photographers must go through the application process to apply for their media passes.
完整的媒体报名申请材料包括：
Complete media accreditation documents includes:
·填写完毕的媒体申请表
Complete application forms.
·记者证复印件
Photocopy of valid press card
媒体申请表和记者证复印件必须以邮寄或传真的方式返回赛事组委会。
Both media application forms and photocopies of valid press card must be returned to the organizing committee by POST or FAX.
媒体只有在截止日期前提交完整的申请材料，才有可能通过赛事组委会的认可。所有的媒体只有经过赛事组委会的认可，才能获得赛事媒体证件。
All the media can only pass the accreditation after the application documents is completely returned to the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee doesn’t guarantee any media whose application documents is incomplete or received after the deadline could get the accreditation.
组委会将在批准记者的报名申请后，向记者发出媒体报名确认函。
The Organizing Committee will send media confirmation letter to all the media after they passed the accreditation.
媒体酒店/Media Hotel
申请入住媒体指定酒店的截止日期是：2008年9月7日。对于在此日期后申请的媒体，组委会不能保证还有房间或相对优惠的价格。
Deadline for Media Hotel Application: Sep 7, 2008. Any media whose application is received after the deadline won’t be guaranteed available rooms for the special event fees.
本次赛事的媒体指定酒店是上海源深加州酒店（源深路655号），收费每日300元人民币。酒店客房温馨典雅，离赛场仅一步之遥，是各位记者的理想驻地。
The media hotel is Yuan Shen California Hotel. (Add: No.655 at Yuanshen Road, Shanghai) It is with a favorable price of RMB 300 per day for media. With comfortable rooms and suites, Yuan Shen California Hotel, only a few steps from the stadium,is ideal place for media.
